I have been an Osteopath since 2011 and my expertise is in cranial osteopathy, a gentle technique used to achieve substantial changes without further stressing the body. I often combine this with other techniques, providing a unique combination in treatment personalised to each patient. I am less likely to use strong hands-on techniques like manipulation “clicking”.
My strength is in the treatment of trauma, headaches/concussion and chronic pain patients. Cranial is particularly useful for patients with a sensitive system such as children or when you are in an acute pain phase. The aim of my treatment is to help settle the pain and the nervous system so you can access your intrinsic Health. so the body can heal itself.
I like treating the whole family from babies to grand-parents and I believe in an integrative approach for the patient’s best interests.
My training: I graduated with a Master of Osteopathy from the BSO London (now University College of Osteopathy) after a 4 year degree. Post graduate studies since are in Biodynamic in the cranial field, pediatrics and visceral osteopathy. I have also worked as a clinical tutor.
I am originally from France and I moved to NZ in 2012. During my spare time you will find me on the water doing waka ama.
I am an accredited ACC treatment provider and I am committed to furthering my skills by attending regular post graduate training.
I am available at Halswell Rd Clinic on Mondays, Wednesdays and Thursdays.
