I graduated from Unitec with a Bachelor of Applied Science and Masters of Osteopathy degree.
With over 8 years working as a sports massage therapist, including internationally with professional athletes, I bring maturity and experience to my osteopathic practice.
More recently I have begun working with patients' breathing mechanics and have a particular interest in helping with breathing dysfunction.
I treat everyone from babies to adults.
I'm a keen mountain biker and runner, as well as this I have a 5-year-old who keeps me busy.
