Serena Gallagher

Massage Therapist

Massage is my passion and I have been treating clients now for 22 years. I trained in Auckland at Wellpark College, completing my Diploma in Therapeutic Massge in 1996.  I like to combine relaxation, deep tissue and hot stone techniques to give my clients an experience they will not only benefit from, but value and enjoy. All sessions are individualised to suit and will involve a remedial approach to dissolve aches and pains. Equally important is my intention to bring about relaxation and rest within a session. This allows the body and mind to reconnect and bring about a renewed sense of energy.

Reflexology

Janette West

Reflexologist

My interest in reflexology started when I lived and worked in Queenstown. I needed to bring some relaxation and stress management to balance my life between family and a very demanding but enjoyable job.

I had tried and enjoyed many therapies before Reflexology but this was the only modality that I felt helped with all aspects of my busy lifestyle.

Wow! my first session blew me away. I was so relaxed I felt sure I should not have been driving home.

I looked forward to my weekly treatments and found the benefits to be multiple. I was able to handle stressful situations with a clear head, my health improved, I had more energy and the relaxation helped balance my being. Work colleagues commented that my face looked different after a treatment, more relaxed and calm.

My interest had been sparked and I needed to find out more about this amazing therapy. During the family move to Christchurch I had an epiphany and decided to study reflexology, I graduated in 2009.

And now I can bring the profound benefits of Reflexology to you.
